Kristy Sorenson, DVM

A native of Arizona, Dr. Sorenson graduated from ASU with a BS in Agribusiness/Pre-Vet Medicine, then went to the cold climes of Univ. of Wisconsin (Madison) to become a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Who wouldn’t want to come back to the sunshine after that?

A self-described “total coffee addict” (welcome to the family!) she worked as a Starbucks barista all through college. Hobbies and interests include astrology, hiking, yoga, travel and especially family time with husband Jake and their two children Isla & Henry. Elmer the Boxer rounds out the family! We are thrilled to have Dr. Sorenson as part of the Applewood family and know that you and your pets will be thrilled to meet her!
